Local Library Terms & Conditions

Below constituted the Terms & Conditions for our Local Library Service. By signing up to our Local Library Service, you agree to the following terms:

  1. This agreement is between you (hereby known as 'The Subscriber') and Vault Entertainment PTY LTD acting as Trustee for Vault Entertainment Unit Trust trading as Vault Games (hereby known as 'The Borrower').

    SUBSCRIPTION LEVEL
  2. The subscriber agress to be subscribed to one of the below subscription levels:
    • SILVER at $7.99 AUD per Calendar Month
    • GOLD at $13.99 AUD per Calendar Month
    • PLATINUM at $19.99 AUD per Calendar Month
  3. The chosen subscription level will give the Subscriber access to the games listed on the Borrower's public library page at https://vaultgamesbne.libib.com/
  4. The Subscriber understands that the listed games on our public library page can be changed at any time without notification
  5. The chosen subscription level entitles the Subscriber to borrow one (1) game for the chosen subscription level, or two (2) games of a lower level for up to 2 weeks
  6. The Subscriber is not entitled to borrow more games than outlined in Clause 5 at any given time, and is required to return the borrowed game or games before borrowing more

    PAYMENT
  7. The Subscriber agrees to pay the amount outlined above for the chosen subscription level each calendar month
  8. If the date of payment does not exist (such as on a month that does not have 31 days), the due date for that month's payment will be moved forward to the soonest available day of the month
  9. Upon borrowing a game, the Subscriber agrees to take complete care of the game or games, ensuring it is not unduly damaged or soiled

    BORROWING A GAME
  10. The Subscriber agrees to borrow the game or games for no longer than fourteen (14) days
  11. The Subscriber agrees to return the borrowed game or games in person to Vault Games, LG 62 Queen St, Brisbane QLD during opening hours.

    RETURNING A GAME
  12. The Subscriber agrees to return the borrowed game or games in a condition that is satisfactory to the Borrower
  13. The Subscriber acknowledges that failure to return the borrowed game or games in an unsatisfactory condition may result in being invoiced for a replacement copy of the borrowed game or games, if available.
  14. The Subscriber acknowledges that repreatedly returning borrowed game or games in a satisfactory condition may result in the termination of this agreement

    OVERDUE RETURNS
  15. The Subscriber acknowledges that failure to return the game before the fourteen (14) day borrowing period has lapsed will incure a late fee per borrowed game of $5 + $1 per day that game is late
  16. The Subscriber acknowledges that failure to return a borrowed game or games within the fourteen (14) days of the lapse of the borrowing period will result in being invoiced for a replacement copy of the borrowed game or games plus all overdue fees to that date (amounting to the replacement cost + $5 per game + $14 per game)
