Town Ledger
Take notes of what happens in your towns and villages with the Town Ledger, a notebook featuring hand-drawn town and village maps, giving you ready-made locations to drop into your campaign. Fill in details, track town history and keep track of important events or NPCs. The notebook includes a sheet of thematic stickers to mark important places.
DM screen
This DM screen keeps all the essential details at your fingertips. Need an NPC name that's not your default "Bob"? It's right there. Want to add chaos and glory to your battles? Check the fumble & final blow charts! Need loot fast? You guessed it! Just look at your DM screen.
Shop cards
Save time by simply handing out shop cards that list names, prices and stats for every item available in a shop or location. Let your players browse shop goods or services, while you focus on planning your next fight or encounter.
Initiative trackers
These cards track initiative order. They keep turn order visible while providing space for enemy or player stats and special abilities. They fit neatly over your DM screen. They are reusable with wet-erase markers.
The initiative trackers are only available as part of the box set.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders, if the item was in-stock at the time of purchase, are processed within 2 business days of the order being placed, or, if the item was out of stock at the time of purchase, within 2 business days of the product arriving in store.
Preorders are processed in a timeframe that allows for the product to arrive on or after the release date.
If an item is 'Order-in', it can vary how long this item takes to come into stock from our suppliers. If in stock at our supplier, it is likely to be 2-3 weeks to arrive in store. Other times, items may be out of stock at suppliers, and while we do our best to ensure our website it up to date, we have thousands of products on our site, and technology hasn't quite caught up for us to pull information from all our suppliers and the availability of each and every product, and have this update regularly. If you require a product ETA, please contact us at the time you place your order.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Orders (including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers) will be shipped via our shipping client Shippit, which includes courier partners such as Couriers Please, Aramex, and AusPost Parcel Post at a flat rate of $15 per order. Please note parcels have authority to leave, unless you request otherwise.
If shipped via Standard Parcel Post, it is up to the discretion of the individual courier whether your parcel is left at your residence or taken to the nearest depot or post office. We do not have any control of a parcel once it has been picked up from our store(s).
Express Post orders are shipped via the Aus Post Express service and are charged at a $28 flat rate. Please note that not all post codes are covered by this service.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, or by weather events. If you feel your order has been significantly delayed, in the first instance, we ask you contact Shippit via their contact service, if they do not respond, please contact us at https://vaultgames.com.au/pages/contact-us.
